Customer Success Manager

Remote Full-time €45k – €65k

About the role

Ensure our customers get the maximum value from Gliiz AI. You'll onboard new users, build long-term relationships with strategic accounts, and be the voice of the customer inside Gliiz.

What you'll do

  • Own onboarding for all new customers and manage their success journey
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and drive retention strategies
  • Run QBRs and strategic account reviews with enterprise clients
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback for the product team
  • Build and maintain playbooks, help documentation, and training materials

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
  • Empathetic communicator with strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with marketing or social media teams
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong plus

Nice to have

  • Experience with Intercom, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
  • Background in social media marketing
  • Track record of achieving high NPS scores
