About the role
Ensure our customers get the maximum value from Gliiz AI. You'll onboard new users, build long-term relationships with strategic accounts, and be the voice of the customer inside Gliiz.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding for all new customers and manage their success journey
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and drive retention strategies
- Run QBRs and strategic account reviews with enterprise clients
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback for the product team
- Build and maintain playbooks, help documentation, and training materials
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
- Empathetic communicator with strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with marketing or social media teams
- Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
Nice to have
- Experience with Intercom, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
- Background in social media marketing
- Track record of achieving high NPS scores
