Growth Marketing Lead

About the role

Drive Gliiz's user acquisition through creative growth strategies, performance marketing, and strategic partnerships. You'll own the top-of-funnel and be instrumental in our path to 100k users.

What you'll do

• Design and execute multi-channel growth experiments
• Own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Build SEO and content marketing strategies
• Partner with product on growth loops and in-app virality
• Report on CAC, LTV, and growth KPIs to the leadership team

What we're looking for

• 4+ years in growth or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on expertise with paid search, social ads, and SEO
• Data-driven mindset with advanced analytics skills
• Experience growing SaaS products from early stage to scale

Nice to have

• Experience with social media or creator economy platforms
• Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies
• French language skills
