Product Designer

About the role

Shape the Gliiz product experience from ideation to polished pixels. You care deeply about craft and user-centricity, and you'll own the end-to-end design process for our core platform features.

What you'll do

• Lead UX research, user interviews, and usability testing sessions
• Design flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Maintain and evolve our design system and component library
• Collaborate daily with engineers to ensure quality of implementation
• Define and track design success metrics

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex UI design and problem-solving
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile environments

Nice to have

• Motion design experience (Framer, After Effects)
• Brand and visual identity work
• Experience with AI or data-heavy products
