About the role

Lead the development of Gliiz's core UI. You'll architect beautiful, performant interfaces used by thousands of marketers every day. You'll collaborate directly with our design and backend teams, driving technical decisions that shape how users experience AI-powered marketing.

What you'll do

Architect and implement complex UI features in Next.js 16 and React 19
Own performance optimization across the entire web platform
Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices
Collaborate with designers to turn Figma specs into pixel-perfect components
Contribute to our internal design system and component library

What we're looking for

5+ years of professional frontend experience
Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS
Experience with Next.js (App Router, Server Components)
Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and animations
Fluent written English; French is a plus

Nice to have

Experience with Framer Motion or similar animation libraries
Familiarity with SaaS product development and analytics tools
Prior work at an early-stage startup
