The AI Community Manager module automatically handles incoming comments and direct messages across all connected platforms — sentiment analysis included.

Configuration Settings

Global sending mode. AUTO = direct send. REVIEW = manual validation.

Delay before automatic sending (AUTO mode only).

bot_hours_start / bot_hours_end0–23 (heure locale)

Active timeframe for the bot. Outside this range: messages are queued.

auto_reply_commentsboolean

Enable/disable auto-reply on comments.

auto_reply_dmsboolean

Enable/disable auto-reply on direct messages.

Auto-reply is only available for Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. LinkedIn is read-only (limited API). TikTok does not support replies via public API.
